Physio Footprint – Presenting to Seaford Seniors Forum, April 4th 2011 at the Baptist Church.
Léonie Dawson is presenting a dynamic talk to the Seniors Forum on activity and its effect on the mind and body. She has persuaded some of her class participants to join a demonstration on stage of different levels of exercise dependent on individual ability, so please let people know that the Spring Forum will be quite lively!
Physio Footprint – Presenting to Brooklyn Road branch of the Women’s Institute on 14th April.
Léonie Dawson is relating her version of how to avoid accidents in the home. She will present common injuries caused by avoidable behaviour and expects to see some guilty nods as she describes how people have landed themselves in hospital. There will be tips on how to avoid trips and falls as well as ideas on getting fitter in a fun way.
